Hi Paul
If it is only broken Flush you can take off the hose on the plastic cut the plastic web back a bit and slide the hose over the thicker part of the plastic tube.
Use a clamp to hold it on. my 85 westy ran for 4 years like that. another option is to gently use a small tap and Thread it and put a barbed nipple from home
depot in it to attach the hose to. You can find the nipple ( use a Brass one not plastic )in the plumbing department area also I JB welded it in and it has held
forever. If home depot or others dont have it I believe granger or mcmaster carr or others would have it. Its not the end of the world just sucks is all. Good
