It would seem to me that the lesson learned here would be to post ones
concerns over a situation without the name calling {rip-off artist} and set
the wheels in motion, i.e.: others experiences with the vendor,  listees
near vendor checking business location,  other listees double checking
addresses.  The resulting clarification would be reached without hurt
feelings and embarrassment.
