Uh, no, that's not what's needed. There is no accessory position for the key, so the "X" circuit comes on IFF the key is turned to the ON position, which is bad for the ignition (if the car isn't running), and draws more power than necessary (because it's powering thing which don't need to be on, like the ignition).

Additionally, nothing should ever be powered directly from the "X" circuit. If you do want to draw power from a source which is similarly switched, it should be through the load reduction relay (which the X circuit controls). That's why it's there.
