If the lughole seats are a 60° conical seat, either 14mm or 12mm lugnuts or lugbolts will center the wheel correctly. Ballseat lugholes will be a different story as typical radius for the 12mm lugnuts & bolts will be smaller than the 14mm version. That is when you will contact area issues.
