Courtney is right. I had an issue a few years ago with someone posting
several EBay listings for the same item. They calimed to have many but only
had one. So the first buyer got their item and the rest got stiffed.

I went through the dispute process with Paypal and after following it
through received a refund for most of my money (like 85%). I don't recall
right off hand why I didn't get everything back. Either was I was happy with
the process and the outcome.
