Hmmm, #1 is fairly local to me (next county over) and that address is
automotive repair/customization/paint/parts row in Chico.  I'll be
driving by it late this afternoon on my way to school.  Could take a
look to see what the sign says over the door.  Meanwhile, according to
BridgAt.com, the business listed below is at that address.  I called.
The phone has been disconnected.  Automotive businesses come and go
faster than changes of underwear in that area so it's entirely possible
it's been rented to some other business.  If Mr. Tevis has/had a
business license and Excise tax board permit, that should be traceable.
  If you like, I'll ask my silversmithing instructor which city and
county offices to contact as she's a local business woman in that
county (County of Butte).
