I wonder if it’s a misunderstanding.

I own an online store (not a Vanagon store) and have had my share of misunderstandings where customers paid for items & never received them. In our case an automated system failed - for example, PayPal did not confirm payment.

That guy is a member of the SubaruVanagon and SVX List. He posts at "latebidder" and claims to have a shop that does Subaru converlsions in Chico. If its the guy I'm thinking of, he's been around the Vanagon scene a while so its weird that he would just rip someone off. Anybody else dealt with the guy, good or bad?
