Well you see, the ad says "sounds beautiful turning over." so even though it's not running it's worth the same as a running van because it goes "swooooosh fwuuump" when you listen real close to the pistons turning over by hand.

Seriously though, I have no idea what the intent of the original post was for this, I was assuming it was for humor. I can get a parts van for allot less than $9K.
