A 6.3mm Self Tapping screw is a 1/4" diameter self tapping screw.  

Until relatively recent times, ALL spaced thread screws in Europe were the same as their imperial counterparts.

Type B (blunt point) or Type AB (sharp point) sheet metal screws are the same on both sides of the pond even today.  

So a 6.3 x 13mm Type AB (B) screw would equal 1/4" x 1/2 type AB screw"

" ETKA shows those 4 screws as part number N 013 976 1 ... B6,3X13"
