Once again, my many thanks for the overwhelming reponse and immediate help.  I copied the two files as several of the replies indicated, and even though I was over-writing files that were already there, it WORKED like a charm!  This is great, thanks again!!!

I'm sure this has been covered before but I cannot find the info on it.  I'm trying to install ETKA 5.3 on an XP system but get the dreaded hardlock warning.  If I follow the directions briefly given at the end of the software install, the result is 100% CPU usage ad finitum.  Help, anyone?   I hope this is not a double post but my last attempt bounced back undeliverable.
