I purchased a 1980 westfalia that was a canadian model for use of the
interior in converting my '85 to a westfalia. The van was DEFINATELY a
canadian model and had the different location for the antenna and different
camping hookups. It did however, come with a drip tray over the stove.

So at least my Canadian van had it. Is it possible they switched mid year or
it was an option? Maybe yours is just missing...
