Last year we were camping in the San Gorgonio area, near Big Bear. After a walk, we came back to the Van and there is a little note attached to the driver's side window. It said "Sweet, Sweet Ride" in a woman's handwriting. (but no phone number!). My wife takes our Syncro regularly for special purposes (camping, moving stuff, other car broken), she has no problem with it, but not her first choice. She goes camping with her girlfriends, they sleep in the dirt/tents, and she gets the nice indoor bed; quite a status advantage. But then she is broken in, since an '89 Wolfsburg was her daily driver (and our family car) for about 10 years raising our kids, until the sneer from Suburban/Expedition soccer moms got too much for her, and I gave in.
