Well, yes and no. The seat tracks are the same and they can easily be swapped, but the control levers are different. On mine, the levers for the passenger seat are both on the right, whereas the drivers-side levers are arranged with the forward/backward lever on the left and the tilt lever on the right. I believe the designers were thinking it would be better to have the forward/backward levers positioned outboard away from the hand brake lever and, in my case, the center console. Thanks for the reminder, though. I've been thinking about doing that for a while and never remembered to do it.
