for regular dirt i used this stuff called "tuff stuff".   sprays on as a
foam, wipe off w/ warm rag.

for mildew ive actually used clorox soft scrub cleanser ...the liquid stuff..
..  test it in a small spot first..

rinse thouroughly with warm water afterwards...
