All you need to do is implement the NASA or Air Force "cool suit" technology of routing yards of small diameter tubing through the fabric for the circulation of refrigerated fluid.  Nothing to it.  Let us know how it turns out for those of us with spotty A/C.  It's bound to be cheaper and easier than fixing Vanagon air conditioning.
