Thanks Warren, and all,

Didn't know there was a weep hole.

I'll be running the pressure test this weekend and try to view exactly where the leak is coming from.

Also will try turning / wiggling the pump pulley by hand without the belt to see what that reveals.

Then, as usual start wrenching!
