dear fellow travelers

just returned from the quick trip to Campbell River...
Original intent was to stay in the Westfalia for the night but the outfit
who hired me sprang for a room --
the work took me to the harbour ... and --
have to say the Discovery Harbour Marina is amazing ...
a T A for boaters of any size up to 150 foot ... maybe even longer --

any way the van was a wonderful ride and went also to nanimo for cat
supplies
back on the ferry tonight ...
happy to be home again ...

my only complaint would be that the 1.9 doesnt seem to have the jam on the
hills that the OEM  1.6 had
though that may be in my mind --

we had a great time in the van :)
clean dry roads
no mechanical failures
fuel almost reasonable --
who could ask for more ...
we even have wind burn on our faces --

ahh  Samuel Pepys never had it so good ...
