Maybe it's a geographical thing but I know several "professional type" women
who think my Vanagon is cool. Not to mention the many I have met who own
with their spouse/or on their own a Vanagon. My GF Patty included.

Actually the only criticizm I really get are laughs from youngsters in their
"fast and the furious" wanna be cars and a handful of "good ole boys" with
big trucks.

I guess I could be considered a professional and I drive my van to meetings
with large clients. Have even taken a few of those clients for a ride.

Nope mostly positive reactions here in MI - surprisingly.

By the way my Vanagon is my only vehicle.
