I forgot to mention that before I switched the WBX to Delo 400, I'd see (and hear) the oil pressure warning when decelerating after freeway driving in hot weather. That problem has also gone away.

I am surprised this particular WBX is still going. It was quite obvious when we bought the van several years ago the engine had been neglected/abused. I was prepared with a spare engine. And the spare is still on the engine stand in the garage.

This is the silly engine that had the head leak that I fixed with the Bar's Leak Head Gasket repair...more than a year ago. I would never recommend doing that...but it has worked.
