Rob, It is likely the circuit board, or something in that area, as the bulb seldom burns out. Ask how I know... well, I searched high and low (no pun intended) and located the proper bulb (verified working, thank you Jonce!), replaced it and still no indicator in my 84 Westy. I still need to track down the failure point, and will attempt to find or borrow a circuit board from another Westy to verify that is the problem before going to the next step. Project is probably going to happen next month, so ask me in a month if I was able to resolve. If anyone else on the list has had a similar issue... please let us know how you resolved it!
