I should have left the "IMO" out of my response.

My response was an attempt to offer one of the "why's" behind why a "copy" of Bentley, say as opposed to ETKA etc., doesn't get posted on this list. (or more accurately a server somewhere online). And/or why people get "reminded" not to offer/ask.
