Harbor Freight is selling item 94169-5REH, "VW/AUDI 1990 CAN OBD code
reader" which is described as "read and clear manufacture specific
trouble codes on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles sold in the US since 1990"

I'm nearly certain this would be useless for my '91 because the DigiFant
ECU does not store trouble codes.... right?
