  You only need 5 to 10 psi to bleed using the pressure bleeder.  As you have suggested, the plastic brake fluid reservoir and the gravity-feed hose(s) joining it to the M/C will NOT take much more pressure than that when newer, let alone when older and more fragile.

  I would definitely NOT recommend 20 to 25 psi, as someone said earlier.
