Dear all who think this is a list of musts this list is simply a set of questions one should ask themselves before they set out to do a task-- they are not meant to be a set of "Rules" the meal thing is simpley there to remind you that you have to eat -- so if you are going out to get it .. you might have to clean up before you get into your other pristine ride to fetch it -- and that adds to the time required to do the job-- if one has a person helping them by feeding them as they work then one can continue to work while they eat-- maybe you will callout to have food sent in -- then you will want the cash on hand ... in a pocket you can easily reach into with out causing oily streaks across the Persian rug in the main room of the house --

no hoist .. so what .. many dont have hoists ... ok what sort of jacks are you using ... OEM vehicle jack ... mostly unusable except for tire R & R do you have stands will you have to rent ... do you have another ride to fetch stuff ... or is your van which is under repair the only way to get parts --- not much good after you have it jacked up and stuff removed... just a list of questions ... that is all not a list of absolutes ... clean dry safe... three important mechanical advantages proper tools and knowledge are simply bonuses ;) yours
