The oil pressure switches are ON/OFF, switches, not "senders" like oil pressure or water temp, so a little wire resistance won't matter. Of course an intermittant connection *would* matter.

I would like to see a description of the logic that works the buzzer. My daughter's '87 2.1 is acting like this all of a sudden. I don't recall if it's like "Low pressure switch not on and RPM under 2500", or what.
