Good grief, Karen.  No matter how the "Terms of service" reads, carfax
requests have been common on this list.


I don't think the negative email you received is representative of the
majority of listmembers.


Maturity and chronological age aren't the same thing.  When it's time to
get a car, and what kind, isn't a "One size fits all" situation.


Back in the '50s, I was able to get an unrestricted driver's license at
14 and I had my first car then, too.


Don't be discouraged.  Just make note of the source and hit the delete
key.  :)
