I recently had a van in my shop that failed inspection for front end sloppiness. It had several problems at once. The U-joint for the power steering was worn out and seizing up, both outer tie rods were worn out and one inner tie rod as well. The rack was leaking. So I got a new rack which came with the inner tie rods, new ends and a new U-joint. The thing rides like a new van! At 305k miles that is something. Jack the van up in the front and start wiggling things. It shouldn't take long to find where the problem is. If you need anything just let me know. Ken Wilford John 3:16 www.vanagain.com
