Hi Mike. Thanks for the reply/info. First off people, I'm a Nunce! ;) In filling the groove in the seal with some grease (and ensuring there was enough grease in behind seal when installed): http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/FrontWheelBearingSealGreased.jpg the inside of hub and outside edge face of seal, were too damn greasy!
