I had shifter problems - particularly into first - on my 88 GL manual tranny. I switched Redline MT90 and have never looked back. The switch resulted i a much smoother shifting tranny, and solved my shifting problem. I have put on about 90,000 miles since making the switch. I change the Redline MT90 every two years, flushing the tranny case at the same time before refilling. Is replacing 4th gear still an issue (popping out when worn)? special synch rings? anything special? > > > > > > |
