Yes, the site has multiple errors. It starts off by excluding the 185R14C size that an '87 with steel wheels calls for, and instead mentions only a 205/70R14C tire - which is correct for an '87 with alloy wheels (although the 185R14C will also still work). To its credit, it DOES specify an LT or reinforced tire - the C on the end denotes a commercial tire, which would indeed be LT rated. So it is indeed recommending a reinforced tire. But then it links to several Hankook tire series that it says are "available in that size," and none of them are.
