Figure it's worth $8-10K if in really nice shape, then start deducting
the repairs needed to get it there.  My guess would be in the
neighborhood, depending on the mechanicals, of $1-2K  A tranny rebuild
or major engine work would bring it more in line with SOM Bob's
estimate.
