Subject:      Steering "click sound" '90 Carat

OK, I've recently noticed an audible (and can almost feel) a low sounding
"click" when turning the wheel back to center from left. The van had power
steering but the pump pucked so I've been driving it with the belt
disconnected.

What could be the possible causes. Seems to be it's a tell tale sign
something is wearing out. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
