you're right ............ however they seem to want to sent us the fancy models only..... thought that could change. actually........the way the car industry is going ............hopefully, they'll ship anything that will sell, rather than what will make the most profit, so we could be in for these more exotic diesel and high mileage euro cars .

though personally, I think the best cars are ones that are a mobile living room, bedroom, and perhaps kitchen. - i.e. Vanaons. Safety wise I like Honda Accord size cars, not mini-cars, and all those giant pick up trucks........ mostly a waste of fuel and steel.

Mercedes has been good about keeping diesel cars in our market. I think the main factor in not bringing in the modest euro cars, the small and high mileage ones.......is the profit factor. There's just not as much profit in a small or modest car as a more luxusrious ones, though now we may be on a different playing field. "if only' ..........the economic decline could work in favor of the health of the planet and envrinoment. 'Consumerism is Violent." but send us your small cars, your high milage ones. Heck, charge extra for them !
