If it were me, and was feasible, I'd sell privately, buy used.

As tempting as it is, for various reasons I will never buy new again.

Before buying my Honda, I read a book regarding "insider" info on car dealers/salesmen. It part, it outlined how the salesman/manager would behave when the buyer haggled on price. It described this to a tee. Point is, one of these books can be handy. IIRC, it had info on trade ins too.

If I find it I"ll post the title.
