you need the top part AND the bottom part that is welded to the vanagon westfalia. a listmember was selling just the top pieces here a few days ago. if you have the top pieces and not the bottom pieces then its pointless. if you are going to install the swival make sure you get both pieces, and be prepared to fire up the welder..
