We don't disagree on this at all. Our difference is about the idea that underinflated means "less than the tire mfr's maximum allowed pressure." Notice the word "maximum?" It's printed on every tire. MAX load X lb/kg at MAX inflation pressure Y psi/kpa. When the tire dealer sells you tires, do they inflate them to the maximum, or do they look in their book for the correct pressures for your vehicle, and inflate to that (after, of course, spot-welding your wheels to the hubs so the disks will warp nicely...)? Actually, who knows what a tire shop will do...
