Well, just to add to how much you can pull, I have just came back from Dallas to Seattle, towing a VW Golf behind an air cooled Vanagon, with 65-70 mph. So, the car can pull a lot, but it is not advised and the towing unit is not rated for it either. I know, I'm crazy. Zoltan
