This is incorrect. The Eurovan does require an extra-load tire - it is just expressed differently, in terms of load-index rather than using the term "reinforced." The Eurovan calls for a minimum load index of 100, which is above the rating of a standard-load passenger car tire. (Incidentally, that is as per VW, not Tire Rack. Tire Rack has been known to make mistakes. For example, they list the Continental Vanco 8 as an all-season tire, when Continental's own website states that it is a summer tire.)
