Devcon Plastic Welder(PERMATEX has similar). Check "active" ingredients for Methyl Methacrolate. Different than the syringe epoxies, and bonding strength is like 3000# after a 24 hour cure. Sets up in 5 minutes at 70 degrees F. Stinks while curing, but you'll get over it. Best part; one syringe should do your job and have plenty left over. Less than $3 a tube unless you have to go to Ace or Tru Value to get it. Wal Mart usually sells one of the brands.
