M, I would hesitate to accuse the Firestone shop with the amount of time that has passed since the work was performed and the fact that your van has not been under your supervision for most of that time. It's possible but so are some of the other scenarios that were suggested. Almost impossible to prove. I had two of the tires slit on my van while at a school board meeting last week. Since they weren't caught in the act, I don't think I will ever know for sure who did it. Maybe just kids. Hey, just be glad it wasn't anything more serious. Doug E.
