dear oil soon to be firestone rant

human error with no damage or consequence is not a reason to demand anything more than competence from firestone -- i am not connected in anyway with any oil change company ... i simply see the application of the ages old incantation ... Forgive me as i forgive those who trespass against me other wise known as karma and sometimes called good human behavior sometimes refereed to as reaping as you sow so be careful what and how you sow yours
