dear oil soon to be firestone rant

human error with no damage or consequence is not a reason to demand anything
more than competence from firestone --
i am not connected in anyway with any oil change company ...
i simply see the application of the ages old incantation ...

sometimes refereed to as
reaping as you sow so be careful what and how you sow
