After doing some research, a 10mm thick seal is available from Timken.

The Timken vehicle catalog recommends a 227530 seal, but it is nitrile (Buna-A), which isn't as good as Viton. Shaft 75 Bore 95 OD 95.28 Width 10.

The Timken 716445 has the same dimensions, but is made of flouroelastomer (Viton).

Any vendor who now goes out and orders these so they can sell the proper thickness crank seal can pay me for my research by sending me a set of the large push tube o-rings. :-)
