Danno,
Double check the adjustment on the idle position sensor. Follow the
Bentley procedures closely. Make sure the switch actuates every time. Wear
inside the throttle body will prevent it from closing. With the engine off
you can hear it clicking as you manually operate the accelerator linkage.
