Second those two. 1. Al "Pensioner" Knoll handed me a misting bottle when he met me northbound in the central valley on my escape from California last August. Saved my butt. Thx, Al. 2. A $4 styrofoam cooler, though fragile, will keep a bag of ice and several bottles of water or soft drink nice and frosty.

If it's getting over 100F, both highly recommended.
