Follow Bob's advice with the twisting of the screwdriver against the lip,
along with trying to use the screwdriver or pry bar to gently pry it out. If
neither of these work, spray it with some PB blaster and grab a huge set of
channel-locks. If you don't have a huge set, go buy a cheap huge set. Tape
up the inside of the jaws with a few layers of masking or duct tape so as
not to mar the surprisingly fragile grease cap, and place the channel-locks
atop the cap. Give it a gentle "Twist". Once you get the cap moving, it
should come off with a little prying, though sometimes they are really
stuck. If all else fails, ruin the grease cap and get a new one (Ruin it by
taking the tape off your channel-locks and pulling that sucker off!).
