I use a Coleman Extreme 70qt cooler. Room for all the drinks and food and a couple of 10lb BLOCKS of ice. Top it off with a bag or two of cubes, and it's good for 4 days in the heat, depending on how often you get in and out of it. And it's a great step for getting to the top bunk. There are better coolers out there, but they're about 3X the price.
