I have a nice prybar that I got as a set of three different length ones
from Sears.  You pry against the lip of the cup and against the part of
the rotor where the wheel seats.  Usually it will come come this way no
problem.  If you have air tools an air chisel is the easiest and most
effortless way.  Don't bear down hard just put the chisel against the
lip of the cup and pull the trigger.  Pops them right off.  You may have
to turn the wheel 180 degrees and hit the other side if it is really on
there.  Hope this helps.
