Unless there are telescoping push rod tubes that are much better than the ones I tried before don't do it. There will be constant oil leaks from them. I put a pair on my 1.9 a long time ago. Yes, I could remove them easily in order to get the lifters out for checking or whatever. They leaked oil all the time. I replaced them with OEM tubes again when I finally had to reseal my cylinder heads.
