Windshield seal, probably the top corner on drivers side leaking. Usually leak because of age/shrinkage.

I've been noticing a small puddle of water on the drivers side floor matt. After further investigation i see water driplets on the fuse box under the dash. Their are three possibilities of where the water is coming from when it rains. The windshield rubber is leaking, which i doubt. The antenna, or the windshield wiper base. Anybody have this problem before. I'm hoping for something simple, other than pulling the dash, ugh. Thanks
