I've transplanted a 2.1 WBX from a Syncro into my 84 Westy along with the complete engine harness, ECU, sensors, intake, cooling and exhaust systems. Let me add that it is a DJ-code WBX, so it uses Digijet, but it proves that the newer and hopefully improved cooling system can be adapted. If you are patient and/or slightly nutty, you can do it too with a little help from your friends.
